Cava Colchagua

100 years ago, Teodoro Ravanal traveled to the lands of Colchagua in search of the best grapes, developing the oldest vineyards in the area. In those years, the first elaborations took place in oak barrels, very appropriate for the aging of high-quality wines, transmitting pleasant flavors.

They are now their grandchildren, with the support of their parents Patricia and Raul, who decide to rescue this tradition, but in a hotel developed in these old barrels and converted into comfortable rooms of 32 meters, which once contained 45,000 liters of wine.
